Property Investment Brokers finalized two days of four seminars in São Paulo, Brazil. The event took place on September 13th and 15th at the Intercontinental Hotel. More than 50 investors participated in the seminars where it was presented to them the opportunities created by the real estate market collapse in the United States.

Bobby Luthra, Sadique Jaffer, Fernando Mainardi and Rosana Almeida along with our new partners in Brazil Elaine Giacosa and Elizete Giacosa presented these opportunities and answered questions.

Investors were shown statistics of the current state of the market in Orlando and in Central Florida. They also received local information and why Florida is a great state to invest right now.

Brazilian investors understand the value generated by recessions. They also understand that the high prices of real estate in Brazil make investing in properties in their home country too risky.
